As soon as I sat down on the historic Rhaetian Railway train, I felt transported to another time. I heard the clatter of the wheels, smelled the scent of wood and metal, and enjoyed the leisurely ride through the autumnal mountain landscape from Davos to Filisur. Outside the window, the larches glowed gold and orange as the sun peeked through the freshly snow-covered peaks. 🍁

A real highlight was the viaduct shuttle across the Landwasser Viaduct. With the new stop, you can now reach the viewpoint in just a few minutes and enjoy the view of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

By the way, you don't need a special ticket for the viaduct shuttle or the historic train.

The "Silver Thistle" autumn promotion is particularly convenient: with the Graubünden Pass, you can travel all over Graubünden for the entire day, starting at just CHF 37. We then continued on to Scuol in the Lower Engadine.

You can spontaneously get off the bus, take photos, and discover little places you might otherwise have missed.
